  • Exchange/Return/Refund I received a product I haven’t ordered

    First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience in receiving the product.

     

    It is always possible to exchange products that have been misdelivered at the responsibility of the seller.

    If you contact C/S about the exchange of wrong delivery products, we will help you quickly.

     

    However, we cannot proceed with return in the following cases:

    - 7 days after the delivery 

    - If the product has been used 

    - Where the value of product is reduced by opening the seal package or damaging the outer package;

    - If the product is damaged while returning because of defective packaging when returning the product

  • Payment/Delivery I can’t receive a discount while ordering with Naver Pay

    Naver Pay is a service that allows you to purchase and pay with your Naver ID without signing up 

     

    Only non-members can use Naver Pay

     

    You can only pay with the simple payment method provided by Naver Pay.

     

    Also, please understand that it is difficult to apply benefits such as discounts and coupons when paying with Naver Pay.

  • Exchange/Return/Refund I'd like to exchange/return/refund. Do I have to pay for the delivery fee?

    [If you change your mind]

    You can process returning within 7 days of delivery completion, and the return fee is 6,000 won at the customer's expense.

    However, it is only possible when the product and box are not damaged, and thee free gift is returned as well.

     

    [Damaged product, wrong delivery]

    You can process returning within 7 days of delivery completion, and Hamel will bear the shipping costs incurred during the exchange kit return process.

    However, please understand that incorrect delivery is only possible when the product and the box are not damaged.

     

    [Returns not possible]

    We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the delivery completion date. If the product is damaged because of the customer's fault or it’s  an open product, you cannot return it if you change your mind after opening it.

     

    The handling of other relevant consumer damage compensation, complaints about goods, etc. is subject to consumer dispute resolution standards.

  • Exchange/Return/Refund I received damaged product

    If the product is damaged during delivery, you can exchange/return it.

    The seller will bear the shipping cost incurred.

     

    Please regard the C/S about exchange and return caused by product damage.

     

    However, returns or refunds are not allowed in the following cases:

     

    - 7 days after the product was delivered 

    - If the product was used 

    - Where the value of produt is reduced by opening the seal package or damaging the outer package;

    - If the product is damaged while returning because of defective packaging when returning the product

    - If you use or lose the free gift that came with the ordered product


  • Exchange/Return/Refund What is the refund period according to the payment method?

    The refund period depends on the payment method. 

     

    1. Card payment: It takes about 3–7 business days from the date of cancellation/return completion depending on the credit card company.

     

    2. Virtual account and bank transfer: It takes about 1–3 business days from the date of cancellation (refund process)/return completion.

     

    3. Mobile Phone Payment

    1)It is possible for the cancellation of the month, and it cannot be canceled from the next month.

    2)The cancellation application will be reflected in the next day's carrier and will be reflected in the mobile phone payment amount depending on the cancellation date.

    For example, if you cancel before the payment date of the mobile phone bill, the payment amount of the mobile phone will be reflected immediately, but if you cancel after the payment date of the mobile phone bill, it will be reflected in the following month.

  • Exchange/Return/Refund I haven’t received the refund on the credit card

    Proceeding with the refund after canceling the order paid with credit card.

     

    After cancellation of the card payment, tthe actual refund takes about 3 to 5 days on weekdays depending on the schedule of the credit card company. 

    Also, the refund of the card payment approval cancellation method is not to be deposited in cash.

    You can check the cancelation and payment amount in the card's usage history.

    Additional information such as account information to be refunded is required,

  • Exchange/Return/Refund I want to cancel my order

    1. If you are a member

    Login > My Page > Order Details > Order Cancellation

    If you press cancel the order, the person in charge will check and process it.

    * The customer center is closed on weekends and holidays, so please understand that it is handled on weekdays.

     

    2. For non-members

    Order and inquiry at the bottom of the homepage > Order inquiry > Non-member order inquiry > Order name/order number/password entry > Cancel after order inquiry

     

    3. If you paid through Naver Pay,

    If you request a refund from Naver Pay purchase details, we will check it  and cancel the order. 

    However, the refund of the order will be made through Naver Pay, 

    If you have any questions about a refund, please contact Naver Pay. 

     

    However, please note that it is difficult to cancel the order if the delivery has already started.

  • Payment/Delivery I ordered products separately but I received them combined

    If the recipient, contact number, and address are all the same, even when ordering each item separately, the products may be packed together and shipped.

     

    If you paid for the shipping fee and proceeded with the order, 

    If you want a refund of the shipping fee because of the combined shipping, please refer to [Name/Contact Us/Contact Us]

  • Payment/Delivery Can the order be delivered to the military?

    Please check whether CJ Logistics can enter or not before ordering.

    Please note that if you put the address of the mailbox, delivery is not possible at the CJ Korea Express office.

     

    *Shipment is not possible because the courier has been changed.

    * In case of return because of the entry of the address of the mailbox, the customer must pay the return and reshipment delivery fees.

  • Payment/Delivery I can check the invoice number, but I can't see the delivery status

    After receiving the delivery of your order, the waybill number is generated first and registered. 

    It takes up to half a day on weekdays for order to be delivered to courier. 

    It may also take time to enter the delivery status into the system after receiving your product from the courier, so the actual delivery status of your order can be checked when the product starts to move. 

     

    If you confirm the registration of the waybill number in the order details, you can also check the movement status soon.

    If you wait a little bit, you can see it right away.
