  • Other What is the order of using the products?

    We have not decided the order of using the  Hamel products.

    You can change the order according to your skin type, skin condition, and use-feeling

  • Other Can I gift-wrap my order?

    We do not provide a separate gift wrapping service.

  • Savings points Valid period of using reserves

    The valid period of the reserve is available within 6 months from the date the reserve is accumulated and expires on a 6-month basis.

    We do not provide any additional information before expiration.

  • Savings points Purchase reserve

    The purchase reserves depend on the membership grade.

     

    WELCOME (new member): 1% of the actual payment amount of the order

    FRIEND: 5% Saving: 3% of the actual payment amount of the order

    FAMILY: 5% of the actual payment amount of the order

    VIP: 10% of the actual payment amount of the order

     

    The reserve will be paid 14 days after the delivery start date.

  • Savings points Review savings

    For review savings, we can only pay for reviews that are completed within 15 days of purchase

    Review saving will be paid only once per order and will be paid within 7 days from the date you fill it out.

     

    You can check the reserves on [My Page - Installment Savings], and you can use it like cash when you purchase a product.

    -Text review: 500 won saved

    - Photo review: 1,000 won saved

    -Before/ After review: 5,000 won saved

     

    *The reviews can be used as marketing materials.

    *If it is determined that before-after review doesn’t fit the criteria, it may be considered a photo review.

    New members receive a  free shipping coupon will on the same day.

    - Free shipping coupon day can be used within 15 days from the date of coupon issuance.

     

    There are various benefits depending on the membership level, so we hope you can become a member of Hamel and receive various benefits.

  • Log in/Information How can I change my membership information?

    After logging in, you can modify your information in 'My Page' at the top right of the homepage.


  • Log in/Information What kind of benefit can I receive for birthday?

    Happy Birthday

    In the case of birthday coupons, they are issued 7 days before your birthday based on the date of birth you entered when you signed up for membership.

    A 10% discount coupon will be provided and will be available within 14 days of the issuance date.

  • Payment/Delivery I want to change the delivery address

    Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed because the product is being packaged.

  • Exchange/Return/Refund I think the product doesn’t fit my skin

    When using the product, it may the skin may feel disturbed due to a temporary reaction.

    In the above case, if the product is not suitable for your skin even if you stop using it and reuse it in small amounts,

    We will help you with the return process regarding the trouble if you are interested in returning the product 

     

    If you want to return the product because of skin trouble, please attach the hospital medical certificate and fill out the problem 

    We will give you a return or refund through consultation.

    1. Target 

    - If skin troubles occur after purchasing and using Hamel cosmetics (customers purchased from official vendors only)

    2. Receipt

    - Hospital medical certificates and doctor's note: Hospital medical certificates and doctor's note for dermatologists

    (Applicable if the contents of the medical certificate match the product you want to refund)

    - a detailed receipt for a drug charge 

    3. Reception period

    - Within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product / If there is more than 2/3 of the product's contents left

     

    In the case of a return due to skin trouble you have to pay 6,000 won for the return delivery fee and send it to us to process a refund. 

    You have to send the free gift you received at the time of order along with the product.
